Shipping & Refund Policy

We aim to ship all our orders within 5 to 7 business days after receiving order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard shipping rate of AED 45 applies on all orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an order number which you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@artwellstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchange any of our products as they are custom printed and framed.

However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible or WhatsApp/call us at +97155 888 40 49 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll do our best to make it right.

International shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping through our trusted partner, Aramex, with delivery to destinations covered by ARAMEX’s operational network

In-store pickup

At the moment, we are a purely online store and do not operate a retail store yet.
